The Pastoral Care Ministry (PCM) is an inner healing ministry available to those seeking help with difficult situations in their lives. Open to those from other churches as well as those from Apostles, this ministry includes Holy Spirit driven prayer where Jesus is the Healer.  Growth also occurs as scripture based principals are taught and then applied in the life of those who seek this care. In addition, each person who comes for help and care is given spiritual tools to help walk out personal healing in the Lord. The Lord is faithful in restoring, transforming, redeeming, and sanctifying each person who seeks this ministry, freeing them to become the person God has called and created them to be.

2008 In Review

• An advisory Board was formed to support, counsel and protect the ministry.
• Ten people from Apostles and two other churches are going through the second offering of intensive training.
• There are four from the first training group who are now ministering in PCM; men with men, women with women.
• Those who are coming for help have come from nine area churches, continuing to build bridges with the body of Christ in the community.

2009 Vision

• To begin to support families who are struggling with adolescent years. A parent’s Seminar was held to begin that process, and there will be follow up seminars.
• The offer of discipleship one-on-one has been instituted as a follow up for some who have gone through the inner healing ministry.
• Begin the process of copyrighting the PCM manual.
• Teaching of inner healing at conferences in other churches will be offered.
• We are establishing guidelines for this ministry for other churches.
