Dear Church of the Apostles,
Many have been asking, “When will Apostles begin to gather in-person again?” This is an appropriate question that is often accompanied by a deep longing to be physically present in worship with our brothers and sisters. I share this desire and look forward to begin gathering in creative, cautious, and unafraid ways in the weeks to come.

There is no shortage of opinions, predictions, and ideas of when and how to begin reopening all aspects of society. As you listen to our plans to begin gathering in-person and as we interact with others, God is clear that his people must follow three commands:
• Submit every thought, impulse, and word to the Holy Spirit and allow him to transform your body, mind, soul, and spirit to look more and more like Jesus. (Romans 12:1-2)
• Consider our neighbors above ourselves. (Philippians 2:1-5ff.)
• Be gracious, prayerful, and thankful in every circumstance. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18) Following these commands and after you have watched the entire video, we are happy to answer any clarifying questions that you may have.
